Gratuities
Gratuities are customary, at each patron's discretion, and very
appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other patrons and our therapists, please call the spa
directly (707-942-4056) at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to
notify us of any cancellations or changes. Cancellations less than 48
hours, including no-shows will be charged the full amount of each
scheduled spa treatment.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates make excellent gifts for almost any occasion. Phone and
mail orders accepted.
Day Guest Privileges
Individual spa guests purchasing an hour or more of spa services may use
our heated pool and hot tub complete with vineyard and mountain views.
